My 30 Day Challenge (8) - Abs Workout!!!

It's day 8 boi? Only? I rel tired, lol I must be after that workout! xD So another afternoon I sat down wondering what I'm going to do for the day's challenge. Whilst chatting with my "daughter", my good friend Nicole,  She sent me this link for her to do exercising (It's about time, I tell her enough times already she should :D)

So I checked it out, I didn't really look at all the things on it. TO be quite honest, the page looked pweetiful and I saw the modified plank, which is a personal favourite of mine although it hurts like crap to do, lol  So I decided I had found my challenge ^_^
So after an hour or two I went to look for the exercise mat, that I don't think I've ever seen in my life, I just know it's in a bag, and supposed to be in the storage room, lol. But i didn't find it :( so I searched around and saw the old Ab-King Pro sticking it's head out from under a pile of stuff. Ah ha! I pulled it out, washed it(literally with sponge and soapy water), dragged it up to my room, and assembled that sucker! xD A few of the screw-like-thingamajiggies were missing, so I substituted em with screws which worked pretty good :) 
Necessity is the mother of invention!

I geared up to do the workout then use the bench with Nikki, but she wasn't feeling well :( So I went ahead. Truthfully, I only did one of the moves on that site, because when I looked at it I was like burrrr? lol Why do crunches when it's technically like using the bench? So I only did zi plank for 30 seconds. Then on to the Ab King Benchhhhh ^_^

I started at level 2, because 1 was tooooo basic, and did 100 reps on that. Then went on to levels 3, 4 and 5(which is almost to the floor!) and did 100 on each of em! gahhhh did that hurt my arms. It felt more like it worked out my biceps and triceps than my abs however. But around my lower torso feels tighter now that I'm done, so I guess it doing ah lil summ summ however it does it lil summ summ, lol I probably did more than 400 reps on the bench, without counting my "warm up/being totally excited to workout" pull ups. That thing sure worked up a sweat, and level 5 took a lil while yes, lol had to take ah lil rest after every 15 or 20 counts. But all in all, in was pretty cool ^_^
Day 8- Completed!
My body feels weak now, how am I ever going to do my homework now? hehehe
What I learned todayyyy!
Working out, hurts. But you work for what you want!!! >.<
Other new stuff!
Today my school had an extendeddddd assembly. A 3 hour long Church service that is, lol I sang lustily, even though after singing over 10 hymns at the start I was dehydrated, lol And for the first time, A religious authority anointed me! It was so cool(to me it was) And I actually got up and went to do it although someone said, people won't go, so that was awesome! Itty bitty steps towards growing myself emotionally and spiritually :) 
I also think I'm going to continue using this bench and see how it goes with my abs :)

  2. lol @ anonymous....good luck with that.... but leaf seriously.... keep up the good work... and soon ull be able to wash clothes on ur rock hard abs....... lol
