My 30 Day Challenge (13) ZUMBA! :D

Rumba!, si. Ella quiere su Rumba, como? Rumba! si. Ella quiere su rumba,como?

Zumba was my idea for my first challenge, but I had to download videos so it didn't go as I'd hoped and I put it off. My day didn't go quite exactly as I'd hoped either. I wanted to study whole morning till afternoon, then go to my drama class, but instead I got kidnapped by my brother, chilled with mah nephew, went to get a few stuff :D and foodie! ^_^
When I came home from drama and ate the 3 piece combo from popeyes I got, I had already decided yes! with all this junk, time to zumba :D
In case you don;t know what zumba is, check out Urban dictionary's definitions xD

This however is a much better definition :D
Zumba is a fusion of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps to the tune of Latin and International music. The routine features aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning.

I downloaded a torrent called "Zumba Fitness- Cardio Party" and it was pretty cool! There's all the steps being used being broken down in separate videos, and then one full 45-50 minute length workout. I had a heck of alot of fun, although some of the moves confused me at first, like the quedabrita, and andale step, lol The Cumbia Funk is pretty cool so look it up! :) So as of now, I'm literally draineddddddd. And in addition to that 50 minute workout I did some of these from youtube and some of their other videos as suggested by zi lovely Salma :)









Oh and also in addition to these other routines, I did 200 crunches with the ab king pro o.O. Started off as 100, but I figured heck,if I did 100 in less than 5 minutes, why not do another 100, lol 
So needless to say now, Iz ah tired man(its an expression? lol)

Feeling for watermelon?- Check :D *heads to fridge* ^_^
Hope you guys consider trying the zumba as well. It's really fun, and if ya don't know how to wine, well you'd learn, have fun, and tone ya bootayy! ^_^

NB- Kuduro (or kuduru) is a type of music and dance originally born in Angola in the 1980s. It is characterized as uptempo, energetic, and danceable. Kuduro, which translates as "hard ass", began in Luanda, Angola in the late 80s. Initially, producers sampled traditional carnival music like zouk and soca from the Caribbean(big up mehselffff ^_^) and semba from Angola and laid this around a fast 4/4 beat.

^Just a tid bit for all those who wonder what "Danza Kuduro" Meant :) 

Think I'll try zouk some time ^_^
