My 30 Day Challenge (19) Pilates and Flexibility- Kinda :P

So my Faculty Advisor for this conference thingy majiggy I went to suggested I did Pilates. Heck, I actually considered it, lol Now to be really honest, I did 5 minutes and it burnt my touchie! That thing work up a sweat. hahaha I inna hot mess xD
This is the first video I did!
And then I ate ice cream and for some reason started to feel nauseous, dizzy and weak :( But I pressed on, and worked on my flexibility a bit with this video :)
Pretty basic stuff Id do now and then if im just laying in bed, but ah well.

Perhaps if I feel much better tonight I'd do more (doubt it) because 
1. I don't have a mat! lol
2. My head is spinning when I move too much!
3. I have scrabble to go study for! lol 
So goodnight peeps! Think that's enough stretching for today  ^_^
